What we do

Justice through solidarity

Amos Trust works at the intersection of human rights, creativity and grassroots activism. We don’t believe in parachuting into communities with ready-made solutions. Instead, we walk alongside people who are already doing the vital work — defending their rights, protecting their land and building movements for change.

Our work focuses on three justice issues: Palestine, Climate and Gender. While each has its own context and challenges, they share common roots in systems of power, inequality and oppression. And they require the same response — solidarity, long-term commitment and a belief that change comes from the ground up.

How we work

• We partner:
  We collaborate with grassroots organisations, local activists and community leaders. We provide funding, resources and solidarity — the leadership and vision come from those living the reality every day.
• We amplify:
  We use our platform to elevate voices that are often silenced or ignored. Through storytelling, advocacy and cultural work, we bring attention to injustices and celebrate the resilience of communities fighting back.
• We educate:
  We challenge misconceptions, provide context and help people in the UK understand the root causes of injustice. Through resources, events and campaigns, we build awareness and inspire action.
• We create:
  We believe art, music and culture are powerful tools for change. Creativity opens hearts, builds empathy and connects people across borders. It's central to everything we do.
• We advocate:
  We don’t just support communities — we challenge the systems and policies that harm them. We campaign for change in the UK and internationally, holding governments and institutions accountable.
