Freedom Street tour 2017

Wednesday 20th – Saturday 30th September

When the Street is home.
Join us as we welcome Paul Sunder Singh to the UK. Paul is the Director of Amos’ partner in India, Karunalaya Centre for Street and Working Children in Chennai.

Paul will talk about India's street children and their ongoing struggle to secure rights and opportunities for pavement dwelling communities and street children in Chennai; how they befriend children arriving at the railway station, give child labourers a chance to access education and provide teenage girls living on the streets with an opportunity to have the future they long for.

"We are not begging or asking for a favour, it’s our right."
Usha, from Karunalaya’s girls programme
