On Her Terms
For Amos Trust, our partners are the experts in the lives of the young people they serve. They all work with young women and girls surviving on the streets, but their methodologies and contexts differ.
In 2018 we brought frontline workers from these programmes together with a few other select organisations on a similar journey. In a week-long workshop in the UK, they shared their learning and their challenges. They worked together to identify how they can make their responses, which are often very fragile, stronger and more effective.

Since the pandemic, we continue to organise regular online learning sessions for our partners. These ongoing gatherings create space for them to share with each other, support each other in the challenges they face and be inspired by each other’s approaches.
