  • Make remaining payments for the trip (please see below)
  • Make note of the group flight details to arrange your travel to and from our departure airport, (please see below).
  • If you are NOT travelling on the group flights please inform us by filling in a short google form (see link below)
  • Get travel insurance for the trip and provide us with your travel insurance details once you have them (see link below)
  • Make a note of the online trip briefing date (when confirmed this will be posted here and you’ll be alerted via email). This is the point at which we go through a more detailed day to day trip itinerary, and where you can meet the trip leader and other trip participants.

Making payments for the trip
Thank you for making your deposit payment. Below you’ll find secure links to make the remaining payments for this trip. You will receive an email reminder ahead of each payment instalment due date with this webpage link. If you wish to make the payments before the due dates that is fine.

Cost of trip (incl. flights): £1,500pp
Cost of trip (without flights): £1,050pp
Cost of single room: £250pp

The due dates for making payments for the trip are as follows:

Please make sure that your payments reach us on or before the due dates. We will send you email reminders beforehand with links to make payments online with a credit or debit card. You can also pay by cheque (made payable to Amos Trust and posted to the address below), or please phone the office on 0207 5882638 during working hours to make a payment over the phone with a credit or debit card.

Group flights
We will be flying with Virgin Atlantic out of London Heathrow Airport with baggage allowance 1 x 23kg hold bag. Nearer the date of departure, Jill will send you your boarding passes via email. All times are local.

    Arrives at Tel Aviv at 04:45 (Wednesday 20th April)

Please provide us with your flight information 
If you are NOT travelling on the group flights please provide us with your flight details by filling in this short Flight Information google form. We will ask you for your departure and return dates and times and your airline and flight numbers.

Travel insurance
Please make sure that you have got travel insurance for this trip and please inform us of these details when you have them by filling in this short Travel Insurance google form. We will ask you for your insurers name, your policy no. and your insurer's 24-hour emergency number. A typical off-the-shelf package is normally fine — just check it covers the Occupied Palestinian Territories. You can mention that we will be staying in busy tourist destinations.

Trip briefing
Chris & Nive from Amos Trust are making a preparation and planning visit to Palestine in March and will lead the online trip briefing from Bethlehem.
