Group flights
We are travelling from London Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Tue 25th April and the check in desk will be open 2 and a half hours before the flight departs. The flight departs at 08.20 so the check in will be open from 05:50am. However we always advise people to arrive 3 hours ahead of the flight's departure as sometimes queues build up at check in. So we would advise being there around 05:20am.

The Premier Inn on Bath road is a good option for Terminal 3 and has shuttles to the terminal.

Next steps

1. Thank you for making your deposit payment. We will require the balance to be paid in full by 28 February 2023, 8 weeks before departure. Please make a note of this date. We will send you an invoice showing how much you have left to pay according to the package you have selected on the booking form.

2. Make note of the group flight details to arrange your travel to and from our departure airport, (please see below).
3. If you are NOT travelling on the group flights please inform us by filling in a short google form (see link below)
4. Get travel insurance for the trip and provide us with your travel insurance details once you have them (see link below)
5. Please do read and refer back to our Essential Information for this trip. It includes all you need to know about visas, currency, inoculations, passport stamps, food, clothing, weather, Wi-Fi, safety, fitness and we hope any other questions you may have.
6. Make a note of the online trip briefing date (when confirmed this will be posted here and you’ll be alerted via email). This is the point at which we go through a more detailed day to day trip itinerary, and where you can meet the trip leader and other trip participants.

Travel insurance
Please make sure that you have got travel insurance for this trip and please inform us of these details when you have them by filling in this short Travel Insurance google form. We will ask you for your insurers name, your policy no. and your insurer's 24-hour emergency number. A typical off-the-shelf package is normally fine — just check it covers the Occupied Palestinian Territories. You can mention that we will be staying in busy tourist destinations.
