Essential Information
Please do keep referring to our Essential Information for this trip. We hope it includes all the answers to questions you may have. 

Group flights
As soon as we have confirmed the group flights we will post this information here and alert you that the information is now available. Jill will be sending out your flight boarding passes via email, which we normally receive from our travel agent about 4-6 weeks before departure.

Trip Briefing
We will be holding a trip briefing in September 2024 on Zoom and we will alert you to the date via email. These are normally held on Mondays between 6-7 pm and will be recorded for those not able to attend. It's a great opportunity to meet other trip participants and the trip leaders and to hear more about the partners in Palestine whom we will be meeting. You'll also have the chance to ask questions.

Paying your trip balance

We will require the balance to be paid in full by 30 September 2024. Please make a note of this date. We will send you an invoice showing how much you have left to pay according to the package you have selected on the booking form.

Here's a reminder of the package costs:
Cost of trip (incl. flights): £1,900pp
Cost of trip (not incl. flights): £1,400
Cost of single room: £300pp

Travel Insurance
Please provide us with your travel insurance details using this Travel Insurance form. All trip participants are asked to provide travel insurance details. A typical off-the-shelf package is normally fine — just check it covers the Occupied Palestinian Territories. You can mention that we will be staying in busy tourist destinations. For filling in the form we'll ask you for the travel insurer's name, your policy no. and your insurer's 24-hour emergency number.

For those of you not travelling on the group flights, please could you provide us with your flight information using this flight information form.
We will post, here, the first and last night's accommodation and location for independent travellers as soon as we have confirmed the itinerary.
