Essential Information

Trip Briefing
We will be holding a trip briefing in early April on Zoom and we will alert you to the date via email.  This is the point at which we go through a more detailed day-to-day trip itinerary, and where you can meet the trip leader and other trip participants.

Making Payment
We will send you an invoice to make your balance payment for the trip at the beginning of April 2024.

Cost of trip (joining group flights booked by Amos Trust): £1,400pp
Cost of trip (booking your own flights): £1,000pp
Cost of single room: £250pp

Each passenger can bring one item of hold luggage weighing no more than 23kg plus one item of hand luggage.

If you are not travelling on the group flights please could you fill in this flight form to let us know your flight details and when and where you will be joining the trip.

Travel Insurance
Please make sure you get your travel insurance. A typical off-the-shelf package is normally fine — just check it covers the Occupied Palestinian Territories. You can mention that we will be staying in busy tourist destinations.

Once you have it please could you provide the details by filling in this short travel insurance form. We will ask you for your insurer's name, your policy no. and your insurer's 24-hour emergency number.
