Making payments for the trip
Below you’ll find secure links to make the remaining payments for this trip. You will receive an email reminder ahead of each payment instalment due date with this webpage link. If you wish to make the payments before the due dates that is fine.

Cost of Trip (inclu flights) - £1,650pp
Cost of Trip (without flights) - £1,200pp


The due dates for making payments for the trip are as follows:

• deposit of £500 per person — due on booking 
  

  Note: You will have been provided this link in your confirmation email upon booking and should already have paid this.

• payment 1 £600 per person — due by 26th June 2020
• payment 2 of £550 per person — due by 14th August 2020
• single supplement (if applicable) — due by 14th August 2020 (if this is available we will let you know the cost of this in due course.)
  
  
• If you are paying for a package without flights please could you make your payment balance via this link and due by 14th August 2020. This allows you to enter a bespoke amount so you can either pay the balance in full or use the link more than once to make smaller instalments.

Please make sure that your payments reach us on or before the due dates. We will send you email reminders beforehand with links to make payments online with a credit or debit card. You can also pay by cheque (made payable to Amos Trust and posted to the address below), or please phone the office on 0207 5882638 during working hours to make a payment over the phone with a credit or debit card.

Group flights
We will post the details of the group flights here when these are confirmed. The baggage allowance will be 1 x 23kg hold bag and one cabin bag. 

If you are NOT travelling on the group flights please provide us with your flight details by filling in this short Google Form. We will ask you for your airline and flight numbers and arrival and departure times.

Travel insurance
Please make sure that you have got travel insurance for this trip and please inform us of these details when you have them by filling in this short Google Form. We will ask you for your insurer's name, your policy no. and your insurer's 24-hour emergency number. A typical off-the-shelf package is normally fine — just check it covers the Occupied Palestinian Territories. You can mention that we will be staying in busy tourist destinations.

Trip briefing
We normally aim to have a trip briefing 8-6 weeks before the trip departs and we’ll post details of the date for this once it is confirmed. This is a chance to meet the trip leader and other trip participants and to hear a bit more about the day-to-day itinerary.
