About Amos Trust

Amos Trust is a creative human rights organisation. We challenge injustice, build hope and create change by working alongside grassroots projects.

We’ve stood with Palestinians and worked with local partners for more than 30 years, and Palestine Justice is our largest area of work. It has three strands:

  1. celebrating Palestinian culture
  2. delivering programmes on the ground, and
  3. advocating for Palestinian rights and an end to the genocide and the illegal occupation of Palestinian territories.

About the role

You will support our Director in managing Amos Trust’s Palestine partnerships and collaborative projects. Our programmes are delivered through partnerships with local grassroots organisations in the West Bank and Gaza, alongside collaborative projects with organisations working in advocacy, programme delivery and creative responses.

Relationships are at the heart of how we work. You will be in regular contact with our partners — responding to their needs and helping to platform their voices.

You will also represent Amos Trust at UK advocacy meetings and campaign events. Over time, this part of the role will grow and you will help shape our campaigns and advocacy.

About you

We are looking for someone with relevant experience who is committed to supporting our partners, platforming their work and promoting Palestinian rights.

Working with us

You will join a small, committed team (nine full-time equivalent staff) and be line managed by our Director. We work flexibly, with a mix of home and office working. The role includes some evening and weekend work.
