“My mother taught me how to be able to celebrate Palestine by welcoming guests to have our food. So, cook Palestinian wherever you are, because you are part of preserving that culture and telling the world we exist.” Fadi Kattan

Host a Supper Club for Palestine this Summer
A Delicious Way To Fundraise
Host a Supper Club for Palestine this summer, share Palestinian-inspired dishes and raise funds for Amos Trust’s vital work in Palestine.
Join us as we honour Palestinian culture by bringing friends, family, or your local community together for a meal as an act of cultural resistance that supports our Gaza and West Bank appeal. Whether it’s a cosy dinner at home or a bigger gathering at a venue, it’s a simple but powerful way to stand in solidarity with Palestinians.
How it works:
“Where politics has been the tool for Israel to divide us, culture has been our tool of uniting ourselves... and that’s why it’s really important for the solidarity of our friends to understand that, we are not that self-centric that we want to eat hummus all the time, but it has become a way of resilience and looking inward to ourselves, putting a nice warm jacket on ourselves by keeping participating and celebrating the cultural element of the Palestinians.” Mahmoud Muna — The Bookseller of Jerusalem

Celebrate with our new ‘Firework’ Christmas Cards — a bold festive design that sparks conversation and supports Amos Trust’s hope-filled projects throughout Palestine. The cards feature young people from Aida Refugee Camp in Bethlehem celebrating Eid, photographed by Majd Abusrour from Alrowwad Cultural & Arts Society.
Our second book of poetry, prose, creative writing and reflection is now available. ‘Seeds Of Hope: More Thoughts and Reflections from Amos Trust’ has contributions from Zena Kazeme, Arundhati Roy, Ben Okri, Cornel West, Angela Davis, Robert Cohen, Maya Angelou and our partner Abdelfattah Abusrour. “What a wonderful collection of writing — rich, deep, broad, funny, touching, angry, and, most importantly, encouraging.” Brian Eno — producer, musician, writer and artist.
Amos Trust’s On Location exhibition introduces leading visual artists from Gaza and explores the motivations, frustrations and realities of being artists under siege. This 62-page, full-colour coffee table catalogue of the collection is printed on 200-gram silk art board and is the perfect gift for the art lover in your life.
This Christmas, help rebuild hope for Gaza’s children. Across Gaza, families are returning to what’s left of their homes — shattered walls, broken classrooms, empty streets. In the West Bank, the pressure of daily occupation grows heavier by the day. This Christmas, we’re asking you to stand with them — to help rebuild a future beyond the rubble.
Like everyone, we welcomed the long-overdue ceasefire on 9th October — a moment of fragile relief after a year of unimaginable loss. Families are finally returning to what’s left of their homes, searching for the remains of loved ones buried beneath rubble. The long, painful work of rebuilding lives can, at last, begin. But this is not the end. Not yet.
